These terms govern your use of Xylon and its beauty, community, and purchase features.
By accessing or using Xylon, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms apply to your use of all Xylon features, including AI Beauty tools, community participation, profile functions, support channels, and in-app purchases.
Eligibility and Access
You may use Xylon only if you can legally enter into a binding agreement and comply with applicable laws. You are responsible for your activity in the app and for making sure the information you provide is accurate and appropriate for the Xylon experience.
Your Account and Profile
Xylon may allow you to create or maintain a profile identity, including a display name, avatar, and bio. You are responsible for activity associated with your account and for keeping your use of the app respectful, lawful, and consistent with these terms.
Community Use
Xylon includes community features that let users publish image or video posts, comment, like content, and follow other users. When you share content, you are responsible for what you post and for ensuring you have the necessary rights to that content.
You may not use Xylon to post, upload, or distribute content that:
- Is unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, threatening, hateful, or deceptive.
- Infringes another person’s intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- Contains malicious code, spam, fraudulent behavior, or attempts to disrupt the service.
- Misuses the community for harassment, impersonation, exploitation, or other prohibited conduct.
AI Beauty Features
Xylon provides AI-assisted beauty features such as virtual makeup, reference makeup, beauty retouch, and skin analysis. You are responsible for the images, prompts, and materials you submit through these tools, including confirming that you have the right to use them.
Before you use an AI Beauty feature for the first time, Xylon presents an in-app face-data notice. By tapping the in-app agreement control and continuing with the feature, you authorize Xylon and its AI processing service providers to process the submitted face photo, reference image, selected settings, and temporary face-related data needed to generate the requested output.
The face-data notice explains what face data is collected, how it is used, where it is sent, and how long locally saved face-data history is kept. You should review that notice together with the Privacy Policy before using the feature.
Skin analysis is provided for cosmetic and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Face Data Consent and Acceptable Use
You may use AI Beauty features only with images that you have the right to use and, where another person appears, only when you have that person’s permission or other lawful authority to submit the image. You may not use Xylon’s AI Beauty tools for face recognition, surveillance, identity verification, law-enforcement activity, or to build biometric profiles.
- You must not submit images in a way that violates another person’s privacy, publicity, or data protection rights.
- You acknowledge that AI Beauty requests may be processed by AI services solely to create the requested beauty result or skin analysis.
- You understand that beauty result history saved by Xylon may remain on your device until you delete the saved record or remove the app.
- You may stop future face-data processing by not using AI Beauty features and may delete locally stored face-data history inside the app where those controls are available.
Content Rights
You retain ownership of the content you submit, subject to any rights needed for Xylon to operate the service. By uploading, publishing, or submitting content through Xylon, you grant us a non-exclusive right to host, process, display, adapt, and use that content as necessary to provide app functionality, community features, moderation, and support.
Purchases and Digital Credits
Xylon may offer in-app purchases, including digital credits used to access certain features. Purchase processing is handled by the relevant app marketplace or payment provider, and your purchases are also subject to their terms.
- Digital credits and similar items have no cash value unless required by law.
- Digital credits are non-transferable and may be revoked if granted through error, abuse, or violation of these terms.
- Refunds, if any, are governed by the applicable marketplace’s rules and legal requirements.
Safety, Reporting, and Enforcement
Xylon may provide tools for reporting users or content and for blocking accounts. We may investigate suspected misuse and may remove content, restrict visibility, suspend access, or terminate accounts when necessary to protect users, the service, or our rights.
Intellectual Property
Xylon, including its app design, branding, interfaces, text, graphics, and software components, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, reverse engineer, modify, distribute, or exploit Xylon or any part of it without authorization.
Service Providers
Xylon may rely on external tools, payment providers, media services, AI services, and platform operators. Your use of certain parts of the service may also be subject to those services’ terms and policies.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Xylon is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every purpose, or that beauty outputs will meet every user expectation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xylon and its affiliates, operators, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, goodwill, data, content, or business opportunity arising from or related to your use of the app.
Termination
You may stop using Xylon at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, created risk for other users, or misused the app or its features.
